choosing a package?
There are four basic items you should think about
when selecting the right web hosting package:
· How large will your web site be? Estimate
the number of pages your web site will have and their
content. How many images, music files, video files
or other content do you plan to add? The more pages
and files, the more disk space you will require.
· How busy will your web site be? Estimate
the number of customers who will visit your site on
a busy day. The more people on your web site, the
more data transfer you will require.
· How many email accounts will you need? You
will probably want a separate email for each employee
and a few accounts for things like sales@my-business.com
or info@my-business.com.
· How important will your web site be to your
business? Is it so critical that without a web site
your business will fold, or is it more of a competitive
advantage that increases your visibility in the market?
The more people who use the site and the more it affects
their decisions and actions, the more important a
web site is to your business.

guarantee?

4. Do you show any sort of ads
on paid accounts?
No - we do not show any sort of ads whatsoever on
paid accounts. You are in total control of that space.
5. Can I transfer my domain
to you?
Yes you can, and it's quite easy. When you signup,
simply indicate that you will be transferring your
domain and we'll be sure to include step by step instructions
in your welcome email.
6. Can 24by7webhosting host
international and other types of domain names?
Yes we can. While our registration services may not
allow you to purchase any type of domain name through
us - if it can be registered, (anywhere!) then we
can host it.
7. How do you bill?
24by7webhosting offers a quarterly or a yearly payment
plan for all paid hosting services.
8. What forms of payment does
24by7webhosting accept?
24by7webhosting accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and Paypal for payment. PayPal payments
will be accepted from VERIFIED members only. Payments
from unverified paypal members will simply be ignored.
We do not accept any sort of checks at this time.
9. Can I resell your service?
Sure. Obviously our prices are already set at rock
bottom, but you are welcome to resell our services
to your customers.
10. Do the web hosting fees
include the cost of my domain name?
No. You are responsible for all fees involving the
registering of your domain name. You may register
your name anywhere you like.
11. Can my domain be accessed
via www.domain.com and just domain.com?
Yes indeed. Many hosts offer you just one or the other
(usually with the www) but your 24by7webhosting web
hosting account will answer to both www.yourdomain.com
as well as just yourdomain.com.
12. What kind of technical support
is available?
24by7webhosting offers technical support 24x7 through
our online service center and through our Member Forums.
24by7webhosting has friendly and knowledgeable technicians
available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most requests submitted through our service center
are addressed within an hour or two.
13. What is next after signing
up?
Once you have completed your signup and your payment
has been approved we will activate your account. This
whole process usually happens within few minutes, but
can sometimes take up to 12 - 24 hours. Once activated you
will receive your welcome email with all the info
you need to get started. If you have not received
your welcome email within 4 hours of signup please
